It's been a great week. I have accomplished a lot but not too much. I was busy but not running around like a chicken with their head cut off. That in and of itself is something to celebrate. I had moments of peace and relaxation. I read my scriptures every morning. I cleaned off my desk. WE turned in our taxes. My grandbaby(and her parents) was here for Easter.



The only drill team I had was the end of the year banquet and the slide show worked. Congratulations to Karlee and Caitlynn-our new Lieutenants. No drill team gave me some much needed sleep.

Brad Earl got home and that mean's we are one friend, one week, one day closer to Quinn's return in November. I got a postcard, a picture and an email from Quinn. I remembered to write him back. Yesterday I had someone else clean my house (shameless but heavenly). Kenzie and I had pedicures.

I had lunch with a friend. I met with my drill team leaders to discuss the NEW year. I went to the Stake play (BRAVO). Today I took a 6 hour drive for a 3 hour meeting. The drive to Seattle is beautiful when the roads are clear and it's sunny, and it was...



There was a caravan of about 50 army tanks in a row. I felt safe. I got to listen to my music the whole way and sing at the top of my lungs, I snacked most of the way and had time to stop at Baby Gap Outlet, Gymboree, Children's Place and Carter's outlet. In my book, it doesn't get any better than that.....
