The Nutcracker

Today's Generation had their very first ballet this last weekend, 'The Nutcracker'. We had two shows on Saturday and they were both almost completely sold out. It was so fun to see our girls rise to the challenge. Many were VERY reluctant to be in a ballet. But they were graceful and beautiful and they brought tears to my eyes. I'm so very proud of all of them. Thanks to our ballet teacher Naomi Talbot who did a wonderful job with the choreography. It was a fun, rewarding weekend. Hopefully to be continued for many years in the future!!!!

I'm glad you got so many good pictures. I will have to steal some! It was a great night. I'm glad we did it.

Haha, this is what happens when I Google my own name to see how many results are actually me. I was so thrilled that the Nutcracker turned out so well. I've never taken on a project that big before in my life and if I had tried to do it on my own without you guys helping me I don't think it would have ever come together!
