So the story starts in May when our garage was broken into and my purse was stolen. The police were not helpful and I lost everything. I replaced all my credit cards and ID and temple recommend and had to close my bank account and all the dance accounts and lost my gift cards and cash, and those all important punch cards. It was so frustrating!!!!
Then Christmas Eve the credit card company called and noticed there was fraudulent activity on our credit card. Someone had stolen our numbers because Reid and I both had the cards in our wallets and was having a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS on the Bakers.....we cancelled the cards and started over. Still frustrating because we have to fill out a fraud report, and a police report and fight not paying all those charges. The new cards came in the mail about 5 days ago.
Yesterday....I had my purse stolen again. Yes, it was my fault. I parked illegally and ran into a late night practice at the studio because I was late. I did not lock my car. In my defense, my car is a pain to lock since May because my keys were stolen then and my little gadget that locks the doors automatically...but still I should have learned my lesson. So instead of doing the hundreds of things I needed to do today....I have spent the day looking for my purse, calling about my purse, crying over my purse and now cancelling everything in the purse. Again? Seriously....

oh man. I'm sorry.
No one deserves to have that happen to them so many times. G-ROSS!
Oh Lori! I'm not sure it could be any worse! I'm so so sorry....
That is the worst ever! In fact in may be on the top of the list of things I don't want to have happen. love you and wish you all the best in your crusade!
That is a complete bummer! The third time is supposed to be the charm, right? Maybe you'll get your purse back, with all its contents.
One can always hope, right?
Double whammy, yuck!
My purse was stolen once. Months later, the contents were mailed back to me with a note. The Note said: "I found this in my sons room and am very sorry for what he has done. Please pray for him."
Good Luck Lori!
It is an amazing amount of work to replace all the things that are in a purse. If they would just take the money and leave the rest. So sorry that you have to go throught this.
Aunt Lori NO, I am so sorry I dont care how it happened you do not deserve this. Good Luck and lock your car next time. Cory makes me bring my purse in the house even if it is in the garage and I always get so mad now I wont.
Bummer. Double bummer. Youch. Double youch.
That really is a bummer!!!! I think you should invest in a new key pad so you will ALWAYS lock your car :)
You don't deserve this. This has never happened to me, but it really is one of my bigger fears because it would be such a PAIN to have to cancel everything. Not to mention, the cash and giftcards?! You deserve a vacation, or at least a really good treat.
